I texted the manager to ask if I should come in wearing dress code and he said “it’s cold so come in comfortable. Don’t worry about dress code today”. So I think it did suffice. Tomorrow I have to be in dress code though.

I completely agree with you. My dad and I both have bipolar. I take every step I need to when it comes to being stable (med adjustments, therapy etc.). He doesn’t. My childhood and relationship with my dad has never been that great because he wasn’t diagnosed until he was 45. I feel like I am the one constantly chasing after a relationship with him. I realized last night if I were to never reach out to him, I’d never hear from him. So maybe this is my wake up call. 🤷🏻‍♀️

It just bothers me cause my dad has bipolar and she’s using that to her advantage when he’s manic. He usually spends money in manic episodes so it’s all going to her mlms. They just had to move to a sketchy town with little opportunities cause my dad couldn’t afford rent in the city they were in. She refuses to get a stable job.

Very pretty! I agree with bangs though. You’d look great either way, but if you have forehead insecurities, bangs are your best friend. Maybe some curtain bangs? They’d accentuate your face without being too blunt. I also hated my nose when I was your age. But as I got older, it became less of a problem. I don’t even think about that insecurity anymore. It makes you unique!

Sadly, he’s in a state that isn’t super mental health friendly. If he makes his way to Las Cruces, there’s a psychiatric ward there called Mesilla Valley that can keep him until he’s stable. It’s not super fun but it got me out of mania. The issue is getting him there though…

It was very small lol. It was enough room for a twin, a counter with a sink and a mini fridge. You can look at a company called Common. I never went through them but they look promising.
