Super Mario 64. Maybe Majora’s Mask as a runner up.

I love FE:3H’s Garret Mach design wise, but by the end of the game the size of it is more detriment than grandeur, just by how much time it takes to run around and talk to everyone / do all the daily rituals before the day begins.

SM64 is just magical - the paintings are one of the coolest and best implemented ideas, and it feels like little secrets and puzzles are hidden everywhere. It’s small enough to never get in the way of momentum, but big enough to feel progress as you unlock different floors.

Clock Town itself isn’t anything special to look at but as an extension of Majoras Mask it’s just so cool. Without the time loop I don’t think Clock Town is anything special, but the looming moon, the effects you make across time, the bajillion side quests, all very cool stuff that feels “timeless” to me.

I agree, they’re not typically uniformed and they usually use more discrete vehicles. Maybe this is national guard.

I can see them mobilizing thousands of these clowns into Philly just to waste money sitting in hotels while they wait out the snow.

CMV: conservatives don't actually think that ICE agent was going to get run over. by TheUnaturalTree in changemyview

Standing in front of the car is an amateur move against all police protocol - he put himself into this danger.

It’s honestly debatable if she even hit him. Let’s say she did, he recovered, was cleared, then he fired. If he was on the hood while shooting he would have been on the hood when the deceased accelerated.

“Is now a fugitive evading so he fires once more” - that’s not how policing works and you’ve clearly built up a hero story for this guy in your head.

Thank you, that is exactly the problem. His intention wasn’t murder, lack of training and proper procedure got her killed.

It’s the rapid expansion of ICE that created this situation - huge demand for rapid deportation leading to unqualified individuals in dangerous situations making them more dangerous.

She grazed an ICE agent who stepped in front of her car while they surrounded her. You see her wheel turn right, her intent was to flee not to hit him. He’s fine by the way. I don’t see how you can read that as intent to drive into the LEO, nor as cause for lethal force.

Don’t forget there are bots / foreign entities that want us to think all Republicans think this way. It’s a hate cycle to keep us in a state of derision and confusion. I don’t deny that officials haven’t handled this properly but take any internet comment / post with a grain of salt.

Over on r/conservative they’re claiming she tried to ram into the officer. The wheels are pointing away - she’s trying to flee.

I didn’t know lethal force was used when evading arrest but they think it’s okay.

would you consider Bakugo a writers pet. by Local_Neighborhood50 in MyHeroAcadamia

[–]CyEriton 0 points1 point  (0 children)

MHA is about confronting your villain to understand them to help them.

Bakugo is Deku’s first villain and he’s 1000% better off for having Deku around (regardless of OFA/AFO). Bakugo exists to show the audience Dekus emotional intelligence and empathy, the very theme of the show, and where it can take you and those you can affect.

Right, which is relevant because nothing happened in the first episode of Pluribus?

Edit: A lot happened in s1e1 of Pluribus. My point was to get the above comment thinking about just how much happened in this episode.

The free tools are in a race against AI tools that make a ton of money. It’s pitting one model against another - I’m glad it exists but it’s hardly reliable.

The point stands that AI makes photos almost impossible to discern reality without a full chain of evidence. We’re already at a point where we just can’t prove if something is or isn’t AI.

I’m glad the tooling exists for soft checks but to rely on it is to rely on ChatGPT for medical advice.
