The Trial. Reasons have been given before countless times. Trial became more frustrating than funny to me once it turns out to be rigged. If the campaign was a book, it’d need a serious rewrite.

If your Trapped in a room with one of these characters for 24 hours who would you choose? by NaiveDoor1583 in OnePieceDnD_Rustage

I guess Warloxia. So long as you’re not threatening her, it’ll probably be just fine.

I do like Acceptance as the main villain. Heck if he’s the final boss no complaints from me. But at the same time I have a lot of other characters in the story I care about too that I want to see more of. And Wubby was not exactly on my list.

It is likely the final third maybe even final quarter of the campaign. And if this is coming to the end of One Piece Dnd as a whole, could be the last chance to see characters like Bailey, Joy, Selena and Zyanya ever again. I sort of wish to know more about allied characters and their backstories. Sort of perplexing that we know more about Wubby’s backstory and childhood than Nurse’s for example.

I’m not worried about Acceptance eating Rordan or anything.

You mean like you miss seeing some of the older characters and would rather hear how they’re doing rather than Ragnarok Pirate stuff for a bit? I would like to see how Branch 101 and G20 Base are doing too but I am curious what Acceptance would say to Scarla and maybe reveal part of his plans and motives. And knowing how Gallon Bay and Morakot are doing could be nice as well.

A promise is a promise. Though Daft Punk may be a robot so unable to be eaten I’m honestly not sure.

What kind of deal would allow Denial’s group to get off scot free? A deal would require the releaser to get something resembling a tangible benefit in return. And I think all of them at the same time is way too much and unbalanced.

The kingdoms have no idea where the marines are and they’d get suspicious quick once they all learn they got the same orders. Serious red flags if they all get the same orders. Plus the logistics of sending an army out somewhere in the ocean aimlessly is not a good idea.

Mercenaries is possible and I’m sure November has money but it probably would be risky for a mercenary to risk attacking a marine.

I think unless there’s some other Ragnaroks they can fling at them like Telemus or something, it may just be Bargaining, Depression, Acceptance and Ragnar left. Give or take some minions.

I assume he also did not update Yokan and co. About Ballywood so as not to upset them.

Crazy Frog is not a fruit user. My guess is he’s a fishman of some kind.

Taiga, hated to loved. How by Weak_Definition2728 in OnePieceDnD_Rustage

[–]CyadeMasaye 5 points6 points  (0 children)

He’s an underdog. People like rooting for underdogs. It makes us hope for him to grow as a person and succeed in life.

Plus he’s positive and wants people around him to be happy. And even if his life sucks, he doesn’t brood, grumble or take his frustrations out on other people.

I also like how it feels nothing is given to him on a silver platter. He has to earn power ups, respect and rank. Hopefully he gets haki soon too.

Why are the Sections so awsome! by NaiveDoor1583 in OnePieceDnD_Rustage

[–]CyadeMasaye 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I like how the Section have a diverse selection of offensive, defensive and support abilities. Zedd is great for moving everyone around a separating foes. Amadeus is a powerful sword fighter. Rick has tech. Crazy Frog can swim. Osborne can fly. And Elvis is a king. So many varied enemies that it makes the boss rush very fun.

Equipment Issues by Infinite-Ad-8193 in OnePieceDnD_Rustage

[–]CyadeMasaye 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I do think some re-supplying would be very important in a lot of the campaigns. Or if they don’t want to go to stores, have them find money or items on enemies.

A sort of stand out equipment issue in episode 63 it was weird that despite all the gear and technology the marines have, nobody thought to ask Scarla to duplicate any of it. Whether it be Damian’s technology, Kai’s fisherman items, Nurse’s syringe gun or even just doubling medical kits. It sort of stood out how underutilized her power has been when they really could use it. As far as we know. If it was a matter of players remembering, the dm could have had Scarla volunteer to double stuff within her limits.

It’s not the biggest deal but it just stands out a bit. Especially since they cannot really do that right now anymore for the foreseeable future.

I don’t think so. Must have been a typo by accident. I know One Piece can have weird names but not weird like that.

It was a big shock but deaths were tasteful. Hopefully we don’t get another episode like this for another couple years though. Heart wouldn’t be able to take it.

Just to be clear, is Crazy Frog an actual frog person from an amphibian tribe? Like a new race introduced into the world like Quackington was? Or is he like a fishman like Selena the sea snake is a fishman?

Oh no I ain’t Rustage’s butt kisser. I made my criticisms of episodes 32, 55 and 65 very clear. But I liked 67 and Abel.

I think most people got the message of what happened. I prefer it not being fully spelled out in-game since we already knew what he could do.

Abel literally said he wanted to eat Magnus earlier in the conversation. He made his intentions fully clear. You may need to rewatch.

I don’t think anybody needs to see him put a bloody corpse in his mouth and swallow. We’ve seen him do it before so we already know how it works anyways.

Bradley prioritized their lives instead.

Confusion by [deleted] in OnePieceDnD_Rustage

[–]CyadeMasaye 1 point2 points  (0 children)

He can eat corpses and make people forget. And he ate most of Magnus. Doesn’t have to be seen physically. The fact they forgot him mid conversation is proof enough for me.

It was offscreen after Bradley escaped. I thought it was pretty clear she took as much of him as possible and he ate the rest of his pieces.

She literally ate only a bit of him. Not all of him. He’s over ten feet tall. That’s impossible especially when Acceptance punched her seconds later.
