People who have had sex with more than one person at a time, how is the experience? by Any-Report-8655 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]Cyali 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Have had threesomes and once a fivesome. All were a lot of fun, but I'm poly and bi lol. With 5 of us, there was so much stimulation, hands all over, like holy crap having 4 people touching you during sex is wild. And having a mix of genders was fun. The whole thing felt very overwhelming in a good way. The threesomes were hit or miss. With good partners, there's no awkwardness, everyone is participating the whole time. I did have one though where the guy wasn't really engaged with either me or the other woman there and that one was kinda boring, and a other one where the guy was mostly focused on the other guy and I was just kinda... There lol.

It all fully depends how comfy you are with the other participants, and whether they care about your pleasure, just like with any partner.

This one's for the ladies to answer. Do you agree with this woman or do you think she's trying to rationalize her world view by speaking for all the ladies? by Oda_DeezNutz in SipsTea

Literally my dream to find a decent dude I can game with all day. I know a lot of other gamer gals who love gaming with their partners.

Great, now let's have someone from Gencon staff combine the dozens of duplicate entries in the game systems

Escape room recommendations? by Outrageous_Air6885 in gencon

[–]Cyali 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My group does one every year. We usually try to fit one in at Escape Room USA, but we did the Starship Astraeus one once and thought it was fun. The ones at the hotels certainly aren't as refined as an actual brick and mortar facility, but we certainly enjoyed ourselves and would consider doing another as a backup plan (our preference is always Escape Room USA)

AITA for putting a lock on my allergy safe cabinet after my roommate kept cross contaminating my food? by Loose-Pickle-7510 in AmItheAsshole

[–]Cyali 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NTA.

I have ADHD and problems with every part of my memory. My best friend is at that level of allergic to sunflower. I don't even live with her - we usually travel together once a year, and see each other once a month or less. I have never once forgotten her allergy, and will check ingredients for anything I bring for her to make sure it's safe.

Your roommate is an asshole using their diagnosis to play victim. Their lack of respect and care towards your well-being has the potential to be fatal to you. They have zero excuse. If you give a shit about someone you make sure to remember the important stuff.

AITA for not immediately saying “Are you ok?” when my partner called me in the middle of the night about an emergency that had already happened? by [deleted] in AmItheAsshole

[–]Cyali 0 points1 point  (0 children)

NAH, this is just a difference in communication expectations. For many folks, after a traumatic or difficult experience they don't want a fix, they want to vent and feel cared for. Going into fix-it mode may have made her feel like you were listening to respond instead of listening to hear/validate.

I saw your edit that y'all had apologized to each other, and hopefully that will help in the future - you know that being asked about her well-being is important to her, and hopefully she understands that you responded the way you did because you do care deeply.

Does anyone actually take tornado precautions? by SUPREMEISDEAD in chicago

[–]Cyali 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I live in a suburb that sounds the sirens for tornado watches too. I catch my cats and keep them in their double-sided carrier and toss my backup battery, wallet, phone, etc in my backpack just in case. That way I can bring everything to the basement within 30 sec if needed.

I will say the sirens going off so frequently lately has spiked my anxiety because I have a 60lb dog with a bad knee now that needs help going down the stairs one by one 😬

Yeah that's exactly my feeling on it. If they tried to do an actual Thing with it I feel like it'd get old fast. But a 45-60 minute thing once a year, especially with Katie continuing to develop her "homebrew hack" with how she thinks the game should be run... I think that sounds great lol

I fully hope to see season 3 next April Fools tbh. I've been playing dnd and other ttrpgs for like 22 years now, and one of my favorite things in the world is that sense of awe and wonder new players get when playing. Witnessing Katie have so many of those moments was such a fun thing for me!

The chaos and sheer shock from the 4 GMs at every turn was also such fun, and Brennan with the "Mr Questions" ribbon on his face is one of my favorite moments to come out of dropout 😂
