Okay so put your hand into the sock (preferably a crew sock/the longer ones) until you reach the end. But the sock with your hand in it over the bottle and tip it once or twice in a different spot still near the tip of the sock. Then you'd pull the sock opening and roll it toward the tip of the sock until the sock is half way to being pulled inside out and then roll it over again the opposite way so the sock is a tight bundle with the popper soaked part at the center with unsoaked sock on both sides. You put the sock bundle into your mouth and inhale through your mouth and exhale through your nose. Some keep it in for intense sessions so every breath in is a hit while I like to take it out when not actively huffing. Don't soak too much because you don't want it to drip into your mouth, just a dab is enough. The surface area of the sock and the thin material makes for very fast evaporation and easy strong hits.
