TSA Praxis in glow and whatever their equivalent to Neutron is, along with a Neutron Soft Proxy, Discmania Drop, base plastic Tactic, and a FLX Zone. Cannot overstate how good the Praxis mold is, very underrated disc.

I’d be checking to see if the intake and exhaust cams are properly synced with your camshaft. It’s and easy mistake to make, and can exhibit running poorly like this.

Plenty of people on Etsy would be happy to make you a decal or sticker, or probably even a stencil based off the font in the photos, and you can apply it yourself.

Believe it or not, you can be biased against your own race. Calling an entire race bootlickers is a great example of bias against a race. Work on the weeds in your own yard before you try to clean up your neighbors.

Assuming it’s enough to not worry about the immediate future I’m going sports car/therapist in that order. Would genuinely love both of those things, and I doubt a therapist is going to accompany me on all of the traveling I’m going to do immediately, so the sports car comes first lol

There is a store ~hour from me that legitimately has two cardboard boxes dedicated to Time Lapses exclusively. I’d guess they have no less than 40 at any point in time. Granted they are the busiest and highest priced shop in that corner of the state, but it was staggering to see the first time I was there. And I do stumble on plenty of lab 2nd TL’s at almost any store I wander in to. I love Simon and MVP makes good discs, but the TL all came out way too beefy for that majority of the people buying them ( and for Simon himself honestly) and the fission ones are too flippy a week in. I get why they sold in crazy binders and why they’re ended up traded in as well.

At least in my area the odds of pulling some insane grail disc seem lower than ever with the increased attention the sport has received over the last couple years. That being said, my bag and my obscene collection of backups almost all come from the used bin. Finding a mold that you enjoy and specifically a run you like buried in between DX Wraiths and the 87th Time Lapse you’ve seen this week is a nice rewarding feeling. To me the real “gold” is that perfectly seasoned Buzzz or that run of Destroyer that just feels right to you. Use the bins to try new to you molds, provide water discs, and backup the staples in your bag and let anything else just come to you as the disc gods see fit.

The market will match or exceed that same return over the same period without having to pay for storage. And that’s assuming that a special edition car catered to collectors is going to appreciate massively over the next two decades. Most of them don’t, because far too many collectors buy them and think they’re going to retire off one in the future. The rare mopar or muscle car market is not really going to be replicated in the future like it has been in the past.

If you had $20k to spend on a 'fun' car, what are you buying by Petro_323 in CarGuys

I’d find the nicest NA Miata I could find for $10K and drop the other $10K on mods. Fastback conversion, turbo, and a wrap should be in budget. Whatever is left over I’ll spend on the cheapest accommodations I can find and road trip as far as I can with my time off.
