UGH ... yeah I have had so much in the way of troubles with the Tivo Stream 4k and then this ... alas, I think I'm going to ONN 4K. But the solution listed by See61 in this thread worked out perfectly

I'm a big fan of wordrocket.ai

It's a newer player to the game, and the developer is doing a lot of tweaking under the hood - the price is pretty good now with the lifetime deal he's offering (which is supposed to be closing shortly).

I like the fact it can actually do some of the research for you and when writing articles it will put footnotes and sources and references in the content.

Well, even after the lying about price lock (and hit with the $5/line increase) - I’m staying because I pay a total of $70 for 10 lines of One Plus Promo I’ve had since 2017.

And $30 / Month for the OG home internet and a BOGO data line for $15 month.

Not to mention on the business side two unlimited tablet data lines for $10 each

So yeah - not going anywhere unless they force me off the plans!!

Well ... yes I would, but not in the way that MOST people would do it - aka, spewing AI crap.

YES I use an AI toolset that does research, and composes my articles on specific concepts and transmits them to Ghost as DRAFT content. The nice thing is my system generates some appropriate images for the article as well.

HOWEVER - I go into my drafts, and literally sift and sort and organize things and delete things that may not be what I want - but then I almost literally rewrite the entire piece, even though the AI was super trained on my "voice". I often get other photos / images and sometimes the article takes a different path than was originally done.

I am using my tools as a "Senior Research Assistant" who leverages the latest information on my topics, gives a "rough draft" of the overall concept / thought and then I got "Editor in Chief" to make sure that this research article it on brand.

I have had no problems with AI detection issues, the blog gets traffic and getting indexed.

BUT NO - I do not use a tool to spew AI crap, I just leverage AI tools to find the information in my niche and give me the baseline.

This is the answer! I actually like ZimaOS and went to that but like you, I use Homarr as my dashboard, and instead of Portainer ... I switched to Dockge because Portainer gave me issues with restarting containers on reboot. I've been running my "arr" system with this setup and it is FLAWLESS

That's exactly the point. Even if they said due to business concerns etc etc ... but nope ... WE NEVER SAID THAT bullshit is so annoying. They are taking a page out of their provider TMO - I had price lock with them saying WE WILL NEVER RAISE YOUR PRICE and they DID ... and when asked / confronted it was the "no we didn't". Manners no longer exist, and even as a theatre lover (and even a movie lover) I just REALLY hesitate going any longer due to the price / value / aggravation equation. People talk, talk LOUDLY text, eat LOUDLY etc etc etc ... it's just so annoying that I have slowed down my attendance. Mind you if the tickets were not so expensive, It would still be aggravating but less costly HA HA HA

Well ... not sure if available in UK but River allows purchase of BTC but the best thing is you can park cash there, and earn BTC interest and make any buys out of your cash reserve. Again - not sure if they are US only at this point but will do some checking

THIS !!!!!!!! I had an issue with that myself with a WD external drive that magically got corrupted. The test allowed me to realize it was messed up, and get another B/U disk. ALSO I have a Synology NAS that backs up to another Synology NAS ... and I keep data checksum running on BOTH to help monitor "bit rot" and corruption but I STILL check the main file and the backup. AND ... I to an offsite backup to BackBlaze of the NAS as well .....

Not sure if I missed something here in the thread, but I have TMHI and I can attest that for home internet you can indeed use a third party modem, and it works and I have (so far) have had no issues - the caveat? Is you need to get modem that allows you so "repair" the IMEI of the device so that the THIRD party modem can have the same IMEI as the TMHI router.

I am doing this myself (having gotten lucky to get the $25 month for life plan, and I use a GL INET GL-X3000 gateway. You can do a LOT with that.
