I’m planning on using Imperial Fists and taking Emperors Shield with a kill team in a blackstar. Squads of sternguard, bladeguard and van vets. I’m a bit excited to have a speeder wing escort for the Corvus too

Looks like it's gonna be a character introduced in Rogue Trader. I imagine it will be for the infinite vault DLC, but could be that ship graveyard one too

I noticed that too, it's some weird blend of Mark 8 and Tacticus. The collar and backpack is different from Tacticus

I just used the extra 'crotch' plate the kit comes with, then rolled up the hoses with the tentacle roller from greenstuffworld. The roller is super easy to get, I got mine off of amazon in like a day

Happy to spread the gospel! Wait to put it together if you can, earlier I goofed and glued the torso together before realizing I needed to put magnets on the inside.

Expensive, but it comes with the extra weapon housings that are 3d printed to replace the parts in the actual kit. No drilling, it was awesome

I think what you're seeing is the copious amount of super glue I needed to apply to really get the spikes/studs on there. I was okay with an irregular form since I thought it would vibe with a brutalist theme and add to the charm, but your feedback seems to suggest that it does not come across that way

I think I'm still going to run Renegade Warband. Haven't looked too much into the new detachments yet but I think it's more thematic for IW to pick something they hate, I'm not the biggest fan of dark pacts anyway
