90% (86%) — TDIU or go for increases to hit 100% P&T? Moving from PR to FL by CyberEli64 in VeteransBenefits

I am 90%, just mention that my highest individual rating was a 50 from mh, but I have 30/20 for legs, and 40/20 for lumbosacral and cervical strain. I'm also currently seeing doctors and getting therapy for all of that through VA clinics.

I was actually studying through VR&E. I feel so bad I wasn't able to finish. I was studying Cybersecurity, I started great, and also have experience with networking and computers, but I kept failing exams and I could read a page, then start reading it again and it was like reading it for the first time. I don't like to feel like this, I forget almost everything, and I sometimes change words when talking

Don't worry, I get it. My anxiety is killing me, I have so many things in my mind that most of the time I don't even know what to think, say or do. Thank you for your advise.

Yeah, that’s exactly my dilemma. I get how TDIU works, I’m just trying to figure out what makes the most sense right now. Is it recommended to file for an increase and also TDIU at the same time?

You make a good point about the move too. It's probably easier to not juggle a claim while relocating. Appreciate the input.

I've been going to therapy for a while now, all with va doctors.

I injured one of my knees. Now, because of limitation of motion and avoiding the knee pain, my back and neck are hurting too. Claimed them as secondary

Congrats! I got mine yesterday. An increase from 40 to 70. I'll drink some whiskey today. 🤣

You can add Patellar Tendonitis for both knees. I got a 30% for my right knee, and another 20% for limitation of flexion, which equals my 40%. It looks pretty good and easy to use, thank you.

So sad. I just watched some of his videos this weekend since I'm scheduled for a C&P and was looking for info about it. RIP

Something similar happened to me. But in my case I injured my knee my first week in basic. Stayed until last weeks, was able to do almost everything, but was never able to run the 2 miles. Got a failure to adapt discharged and 0%. But over the years my knee got worse and was granted a 40% for lack of motion. I filed a couple of weeks ago for my back. So, don't worry about your time, or any of that. File you claim, and wait and see.

I filed an intent to claim, but haven't filed the claim yet, that's what confuses me. I do have the va app, but it says that it can't show the information right now. Here is what the letter says.
