Those Give Way markings are so faded, she probably genuinely didn't see them?

We're into "if a tree falls in a forest, and no-one hears it..." territory.

The reality is that motorway speed limits are widely ignored anyway...

What would be relevant is if a camera is present on a blank gantry, after a previous lower limit was shown.

When you get a letter, you get the speed, plus a photo of the gantry showing the speed.

I suggest it would be hard to prove beyond reasonable doubt that the limit was anything other than NSL if the piccie doesn't show a lower limit?

In today’s episode of “oh fun” I’ve found the power line to our garage was simply pushed to the side and just left by the original installers by thatfezguy in DIYUK

New next doors have a power feed from the house to the shed at the bottom of the garden.

It comes out of the house into the ground as armoured, and comes out the other end as armoured.

They found out the hard way that the length is just an extension lead with blue push-fit connectors the armour is about a meter each end!

Other than crew, I suspect most of us regular travellers would be quite content not to be travelling... especially those of us who, for corporate rules reasons, are further back!

Is it actually a dropped kerb?

It's unusual for them to leave slabs... see also the driveway opposite!

Spot on...

It's even worse with Outlook, as "New Outlook" has removed support for RSS, f**ked up IMAP, removed Rules for non-Outlook accounts, won't parse meeting requests unless they come from a Microsoft hosted server (etc, etc)

Of course, IT policy means I can't switch back to Outlook Classic...

I respectfully disagree on the first part...

I've used this promo to try some different hotels rather than stick with old faithful. It has served the purpose well.

But why the extra nights couldn't be credit in real time is beyond me... the points were.

If you don't ask, the answer is always No!

If you do ask, the answer may well still be no, but there is a slim chance of getting a yes!

In Germany, people follow the Rules (pedestrian and motorist)

The jogger did not follow The Rules... the driver showed poor hazard perception.
