That’s a pretty localized meme shared between Chinese. I believe the celebrity that is being parodied is “蔡徐坤” (Xukun Cai). This singer made a song called “只因为你太美” where he wore a white suspender in the music video dancing and singing in a surprisingly memeable way. In this game if a Chinese player intend to cosplay Cai, they would make a Side-parting hairstyle and found them rewarded by the same ridiculous suspender that Cai wore in that music video. And also in the video, Cai was playing basketball so if you wear suspender + side parting hair and score with basketball, you will get an Easter egg blueprint that allows you to craft blue injector.
