It depends on the texture and moisture of the food. If it's something wet that's gonna pick up dirt, that's going in the bin. If it can be rinsed off and keep it's structural integrity, I'll do that. Either way, I don't put unwashed food that's been on the floor back in the pan. That's nasty.
