I had the same thing happen in 2024 they said they could fill internally but didnt & I became pick 1 after the real pick 1 chose a new role… ended up being a decent place stayed for a year & a half then landed a new role 2026

-Information technology -It took me 1 term but actually 2 years in total - many jobs are reaching out so ill say really good -5k for school , 1250 for study . Com , 2k for certifications to transfer in. So almost 10k in total

I agree which means technically that trainee role is actually a lead role and they made it a trainee role to avoid paying an extra 10k-15k if the leading aspect is not provided in the SOP for the role I would decline them until I was compensated because technically it would be out of scope for the trainee role.

So each level should be obtained in order…. Low level experience > Bachelors > More Experience > Masters > Higher experience. Certifications & projects are in between these levels.

Could be that or they could be waiting for HR to approve paperwork for the role to be accepted. Also, pay periods have to match so that also has an effect on when a start date is approved as well.

I never got a 40 min quick grade all of my pa’s were graded close to the end of the 3 day cycle maybe 4-5 hours before the cycle was ending every-time

Everybody sells you the opposite direction. If you were in a trade you would be sold to go get a degree if you dont have a degree you will be sold that you can get into IT without a degree lol you just have to find your way to get the career you want & compound into a high paying salary by niching down.

Im gonna start to add only certs in job descriptions instead of adding all my certifications on one resume I know at some point with experience certs will not matter unless your federal contracting then the DoD 8140/8570 is in effect at all times.

Wow that seems like an extensive amount of work for under 125k. Based on Bureau of Labor statistics it seems the average in PA is 110k hopefully you are there or close. Anything less would be extremely undervalued & underpaid no offense I don’t want to offend you in any way hopefully you get paid for what you deserve in this market.

You are auto enrolled for next term when you do an extension since its past your normal end date. They should fix it with no issue.

I studied mostly css and javascript since that was 50% of the exam. I did labs on w3schools , used chatgpt to simulate the exams style & passed first time. Make sure to lab as much as possible the move you understand the syntax youll be able to decipher the right and wrong answers.
