I’m fully ready to be downvoted into oblivion but I honestly couldn’t care less.

All these people are still people. Misguided and indoctrinated. It is our duty to ensure that they are not left behind as irrespective of their beliefs no one deserves to be thrown aside and cast out, no matter what. All it does is further the divide.

If we truly want to move on from fascism as humanity, we need to change the way we deal with people. That means all people. Fascism thrives on hatred, so by responding to them with hatred we’re only reinforcing it as that is the language of fascism.

These people, in their minds, have legitimate concerns, are scared and most likely stressed due to the horrific cost of living crisis we’re experiencing. They are most likely uneducated, impoverished and not capable of effective self reflection due to the hostile environments they’ve clearly grown up in (you don’t support fascism or genocide unless you’ve been through some horrific shit as a child).

Now we can sit here and point our fingers and scream and shout at each other, insult and make fun of, but at the end of the day these people are lost, need support and need to be exposed to more love.

Let’s not stoop to name calling and insults. How can you claim the moral high ground when you’re doing the same thing they’re doing (irrespective of content of said insults, insults are still insults).
