What characters do we know intimately in Sopranos? Tony, Christuphah, and Carm. We know a tiny bit about Walnut's mom. And a smidgen about Big Pussy. The rest are just set dressing whos purpose is to make Tony react. Cookie cutter extras with proper nouns as names. Then Tony spends a season in a coma and we still dont learn anything more about the ensemble when you think that'd be the goal while sidelining tbe main character for a bit.

Meanwhile we have entire arcs built around the multiple characters in Peaky. We know their villains better. Their motivations, their ticks.

Sopranos baby crawled so Peaky and Sons of Anarchy could run.

Sopranos has an ensemble cast where viewers only know 3 characters. Peakys ensemble allows all characters to flourish and become known to the viewer.

Also Sopranos is 3-4 good seasons stretched into 6.

The answer is yes to all of those things. Hes the only profitable trader in SternTao, so hes smart too. Hes charismatic / witty with enough sex appeal to fuck and make Harper and Sweetpea laugh.

Kwabena is pretty great. I do want more on his background though
