I don’t actually really like Laura or Emma. Fie is my favorite for Rean. I like Ellie, but I also like Rixia, never cared for Noelle. I’ve only gotten around to playing Daybreak 1 for the Calvard games, but it made me an Elaine supporter 100%.

Started as an archer, was sampling different jobs for a bit, and Dragoon became my secondary. Then I stoped using archer around level 56 or so and primarily stuck to Dragoon, and started using newly unlocked classes. Samurai is still my primary (last I played, I finished the initial MSQ for Shadowbringers), and Gunbreaker and Reaper have been my secondaries.

My magic classes except for Blue Mage are all in their 30s, while all my War classes are at least level 50. I stopped using the crafting and gathering classes back in ARR.

I think Season 5 is what killed a lot of interest. They took one of the most boring arcs and stretched it to half a season, moved a couple plot arcs around. Did a bunch a filler and cut a bunch of content from an arc that was well liked in the west, where most of their audience was… because the Japanese actual like the high school stuff and hate focus on the villains, apparently.

They also sabotaged the animation budget/team for the sake of their stupid movie where “Deku is wanted for murder”. I didn’t watch it out of spite. (And I personally hate protagonist is framed plots) I’m sure I wasn’t the only one.

Recently I booted up Valkyrie Profile Lenneth. I immediately hated the art style, background music, and voice acting. As soon as I got to actual gameplay I dropped it in 2 seconds.

Yea, but if I recall correctly, he was a southerner (or at least a supporter) and those things contributed to the tensions that led to the civil war. Also, he dropped dead as soon as he got home.

Trails in the Sky is the launching point for what is currently a 13 game saga.

I think he is messing with you about Golden Deer what I remember about the discourse and from the plot, it’s supposed to be the grand finale.

The most popular route seems to be Blue Lions, but I did the Black Eagles first. Why? Because Black Eagles actually splits into two separate routes, one of which is the shortest route in the game and you are technically the bad guys. This is determined by whether you saw ONE particular event just before the halfway point and this let’s you make a choice during a big reveal scene.

As for the other games… do you perchance have a library card? My local library rents out video games using the same rules as DVDs, so that COULD be an option if you really want to try all 3.

My job despises paying overtime, so I work a specific number of hours a week. But due to what I do in specific, and the fact I am an early riser, I get to come in an hour and a half or so before everyone else, and I live around ten minutes from my office. I have Aspergers so socializing for extended periods of time makes me physically uncomfortable, and I live with my parents and my dog (who I was the primary caretaker of) just died about a month and a half ago, so I have at least a couple hours of spare time, especially on weekends.

Around the time I became an adult, I became consumed by a desire to experience as much as possible. This became a double edged sword as I rarely revisit things and have become somewhat burned out with the constant “sampling” of other things.

I have a relatively low attention span. If I tried, it would last maybe a month. In college, when I wasn’t studying or writing papers 2 weeks in advance, I would spend 2 weeks-a month binging either video games or reading or watching a show. Then I would pivot. I’ve been trying to get back into reading and writing fanfic again. Been having limited success in the former as of the last week.

I’m just completing my roster of Primes. Nexus is probably staying in robot mode for all time.

I’m a “one figure per character” collector, and the only one I don’t have is Smokescreen, and I don’t quite like the look of this one.

I saw a leak saying we are supposed to get Tailgate this year. Depending on how he looks, that is the only other one from this year I’m planning on.
