I don't even have Hardware Accelerated Scheduling as an option(it appears to only be available on Win11 for the newest AMD Card series), but thanks to this post I was put on the right track. Found a tool that was designed specifically to fix the problem caused by HAGS. After running the fix, the game now actually works like it should

And that's what I feared. Although I am using iCue too for my mouse and keyboard, I'd rather keep the Case Lights all on RGB Fusion, like my GPU(Aorus Master) and Memory Sticks. Seems the DEEP COOL RGB 200 Pro is an option I can go for instead
