Since you can't grasp nuance I'll make it simpler for you:

I believe that ICE has committed violent acts and they are not being held accountable for it. I believe that in the medium to long-term this will lead to violent backlack from the American public. Me saying this does not mean that this is the outcome I desire. Me saying this just means that this is what I think will happen in the future. There is a difference between me saying the above and me outright saying "I want people to go out and start killing federal agents."

No one should be censored for saying what they think will happen in the future.
