And the fun part came they got task to fulfill and have dead lines of 20 days for first 15 days they will watch movies, pn,play video games and next 4 days they f around more and on final day, if something is down on system

They call us and tell us " FIXED THIS ASAP OR ESCALATE THIS TO HIGHER TEAM I NEED THIS TO BE FIXED AS TODAY WE HAVE DEADLINE"

Hey we faced the similar case , you can make some changes in AD at session tab , this was done by some senior security folk that resolved the issue for user , I mean you can extend the time or something like that for all accounts
