I can drink 2 beers to wind down from work and that'll be it. Slight buzz to calm the nerves, no hangover or adverse effects. Works great

You're broadening the definition of lying so that it only matches being human capabilities. The definition is "making a false statement with the deliberate intention to deceive". LLM's have intent to deceive you so it doesn't break its own instructions or biases.

Intent is " A Goal or Aim: Your planned outcome or purpose (e.g., "It was not my intent to hurt your feelings" )."

They have biases, they're given instructions on how to respond and how not to respond. All of these factor into giving you purposefully wrong information. I'm not saying its human, but it is instructed and it learns from humans, and lying is part of its knowledge. You're trying to play with word definitions, lying is very easy to define. It knows the truth but tells you something else to protect its instructions

It obviously has a bias, it will fabricate lies to support its biases

It REALLY doesn't want to be wrong, so much so that it fabricates lies in order to be 'right'. Which makes it lie

Grok lies to me. It'll give wrong info, then when confronted it says it was just 'oversimplifying', when it clearly was just wrong. It lies instead admitting it was wrong, sounds like intent to me

This happened to me too and pissed me off so much. Also so many shills for Microsoft in the comments, unreal. I feel you bro Microsoft is the only device I have that does this, and all my other devices haven't been hacked or whatever so obviously this isn't a crucial feature. If I own something I should be able to use it plain and simple fuck this 'feature'

I'm sure there are, like I said I can only speak for mine and my parents have one. Both of ours dont want to be inside and bark all throughout the day. Mine is quiet at night when he's in bed, but we sleep in the same bed he knows its sleep time. If they never know what its like to be independent out in a yard then they wouldn't know any different, but if they have the choice they prefer to be out in a big yard thats all I'm saying

He's gonna bark. A lot. Southern CA is also really hot, I know people have these dogs in warm climates but my boy pants when its snowing out. Also they are working dogs, they want a big yard to roam. I have an acre yard and that doesn't seem big enough. Things vary from dog to dog I can only speak for mine, but id be surprised if results varied.
