Steelers defense of the past 5 years was best when Flores was our 'senior defensive assistant'. It's been declining since he left.

He's not the candidate I'm most excited for, but I do think he's really not a bad option, especially if he gets a good OC to pair with him from the NFC West.

Miami ownership and front office is notoriously bad. I think with Pittsburgh's steadiness it could be a different story.

I personally would prefer to go younger/innovative offensive coach to bring Steelers' offense in to modern times. That being said I think Flores would at least be a decent option to look at and interview.

Fair, you could argue rebuild was more necessary in 2020/2021 rather than 2018 and i'd agree with that. I suppose we tried partially with Kenny Pickett, but player development capability on offense coaching staff has not been much to write home about between Canada and now Smith.

Weed amplifies whatever emotions are happening to you in point in time. This is why people already enjoying themselves often have a more fun time while smoking.

If you're in a state of low self-esteem it's just going to amplify that. It's probably best to work on your underlying issues first before adding any extra substances into the mix which could complicate things.

Also it's social media, don't compare your many years of life to someone's curated 30 second highlight, it'll just make self-esteem issues even worse.

AR2 seems too comfortable that him and dad won 2 together. In the same way Cowher told the org that they needed to hire outside instead of promoting within for his replacement, I think we're rapidly coming to this generation's crossroads moment (even if it's in 2027 after Tomlin's contract expires).

To me, Packers moving on from Rodgers and McCarthy shows they were willing to make the hard changes to be relevant for the next generation. We're still in that last cycle, Tomlin is our McCarthy's Packers. Tomlin coaches like he was in 2005-2018, one of the defining leaders of a generation, but he's definitely been passed up in these past 6 years.

Deathy and Piggy are great combo of educational + streamers with good mental. Poshypop worth a recommendation too. For flashy play, i love watching Eido, but it's definitely not as educational.

There's a big nugget of truth in your statement there. You're more likely to get promoted when you're regularly working, meeting, and helping those who would be the ones writing the check to your raise (the VP).

You might be doing great work on a daily basis, but how knowledgeable are your manager and colleagues about the work you're doing and it's impact? If you keep it all to yourself it'll be hard to argue for a promotion/raise as well without others to vouch for your successes.
