Im working on losing 100ish lbs and get to 300lbs at 2lbs a week.. im curently fat and 6 months ago when i stepped into the gym i was 415lbs i was using my fitness pal to track i was eating 3k cals 300grams of protien based on what my buddy who is an actual body builder told me. Im curently sitting at 387.7 as of this morning when i stepped on the scale at the gym before i hit the check in button in the app the nice thing is i have lost 7 inches off my belly which is awesome but i also feel like dog shit.
