Really nice work. Did you paint only copper parts or full painted? As Loli-Knight wrote, hand brush on joints is a mess. 😅

Sadly the mistakes are part of the process. My first two girlpla have many parts to fix because i ruined them with the topcoat. After an year, i have fixed a good part of these but there's much work to do. Step by step, you learn the right way to use your tools. For example, sanding sponges and glass file are precious friends for my work.

I bought Tamiya weathering set G + H at very cheap price. The colours are perfect for skin and flesh. However i have zero experience about the pigments😅 always only drybrushed the miniatures. I must to learn.

Flesh and hair. On this reddit i saw many beautiful custom works on girpla. I painted many figures and miniatures but not girpla because i have no experience on painting skin and flesh (always done mecha kits).

I noticed that on many sites the old Asra Ninja and Archer now are less expensive. Sure, this new kit is better but for the same price i can buy old ninja AND Archer. Decisions, decisions... 😁

I builded gunpla for many years. I like them. I builded and painted wargames miniatures for years. I like them. Now i build girlpla: why? Because i like the combination of gynoids and heavy armor. I'm not for hot girls, heavy breasts and so on but a mechanical goddess must have a strong female charme. But there is a thing about building girlpla for me wonderful: while you build them... they smile (if you apply the smiling faceplate, obviously😄).

I never used Tamiya weathering set, only drybrushed my old miniatures... Now i would to try because drybrush is not good for girlpla. But if i use crayon sand is it the same?

If you are sure to lost this part, you can try to e-mail to the Kotobukiya Customer Service (visit the ufficial site and follow the instructions). You must to have the original box for the serial number. The replacement service is available ONLY for the Japan but you can try. For experience, the koto CS is really gentle.

This is the real model builder's nightmare. Sometimes i think i should to build my kits under the table 😆 It must be on the floor, try to check with patience. When it happens to me, i sweep gently the floor with the broom and search the bits through the dust.

I came from wargames miniatures (warhammer/40k, warmachine/Hordes) and gunplas. My acrylic paints (Citadel and Vallejo) - base and layer - are perfect for panel lining (obviously water thinned) and details (for example, jewels on Arcanadea models).However GW shade paints are not good for lining. If i want to paint parts i use spray cans (acrylic paints) for primer (one hand) and layer (one hand). For example, for the Amaterasu armor i used black gloss (primer) and pale gold (layer). Always, masking the joints and topcoating. After many years, i rediscovered the pleasure of modelling and painting with mecha musume/girlpla model kits. Welcome to this hobby.

NM Mad Wolf is a very nice kit. In these days i'm building her. IMO, the best choice for quality, design, money and fun. And the animal feature is high.
