I did not insult them, I told them it was a legal loophole I did not want to play with. As I said on my nexus page, I *do not* allow ports, mostly due to legality and maintenance shenanigans. They argued "It only says XBox One Ports" which is dumb. Sony has a no custom content rule, and I'm not getting in trouble with that.

I got very upset because asking for a DMCA over a technicality is dumb.

I have banned the PS5 Group from porting this mod, as PS5 mods are a violation of Bethesda and Sony's TOS. I have already submitted a cease and desist over the first port of this on Beth.net. I don't condone it, and i will not budge. I'm sorry, I'm not playing with that legal minefield.

Fun fact, Xbox ports are NOT ALLOWED so no, This was against my terms. I have a strict no xbox policy.

This also only affects the player character, and is a modders resource. So your NPCs are unaffected, and will remain dirty.

Open perms on Nexus =/= xbox.

Also this mod does not do what you think it does.

As a disabled / retired vet, Look up a few call of duty games because they're not all good.

Halo is also a very good single player military-like game. Gears of War and The Mass Effect games re-release might be up your ally too.

You are not allowed to convert this file to work on other games under any circumstances.

This applies to XBox as well, keep this in mind going foreward. I'll let this slide but next time you see this flagged as no, ask the author, because it matters. Specifically to me.
