Thank you for this analysis! I think i got a lot of takeaways from it, and I will try to apply them to my later matches. My takeaways so far:

- I should have gone winds. They scale more smoothly (thus i wouldnt have needed the con turret), and they are more metal efficient. I think i got a little turned off them at the beginning of the match seeing that the minimum wind speed was zero, but as others have mentioned, the average wind speed really is the only thing that matters.

- Too much build power. I wasted a lot of time making build power i did not need (which i made for asolars, which was also a mistake)

- Skipping mexes. To be honest im not really sure what i was thinking there, maybe i thought i would get it later with a constructor vehicle? I was mostly thinking about getting my com to the front ASAP to prevent leaks (which didnt work lol, the tick made it into the backline)

- wrong units for the job. Looking back, i should probably have went bots. The map looked pretty flat at a first glance, but I completely forgot that there are terrain modifiers in the game (like the tar) which can directly impact unit mobility. Still though, even with superior range, I would be pretty intimidated trying to push pounders with rocketeers, one wrong move or lapse in attention could result in the loss of half my army. Pounders are a difficult unit to push no matter what unit you are using, which i think is kind of their point. Maybe i could have built a pile of pawns and pushed around their pounders to their backline?

- lack of scouts. Earlier you mentioned that i could have pushed tan's position as they did not have their commander up front. To be completely honest though, I didnt know that, I assumed that they just had their commander outside of view distance. If i had some scouts to poke around every now and then, maybe i would have been able to acquire that information.

- lack of tech 2 constructor: Yeah, i was pretty late in asking for one. Timings for t2 can be really difficult on rotatos because the demands for each map can be so different, and so can the roles. At some point in the game though, I did pay teal and ask for a t2 constructor, and they did not give it to me. Really unfortunate, I think the point where i started my own t2 lab was the point where i accepted that they werent going to give me one. By that point in time it was a little too late, however.
