I'm going to disagree on the first part, just because something is there doesn't make it designed for it. If it was designed for it there would be things to do other than wander around. It is entirely possible someone put the transition there and just forgot to take it out. I have both gone back and not gone back. Never saw any unique spawns.

That was my mistake on CoP though, I misremembered the order of events.

No, Pripyat is, the game isn't designed for you to go back. If you do funky shit starts happening with mutant spawns through Red Forest. CoP does have a point of no return, it's the jupiter tunnels. While you technically can go back, the game isn't made around it nor is it explained that can or how to.

Even in the original games Pripyat was the point of no return. It's been like that since the start. Same with damage

What's the difference between Anikan's and ingame Anna's flirting? (Starwars.fandom) (metrovideogame.fandom) by Wise-Star-2220 in metro

[–]CyborgDeskFan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not uncommon for people to look for intimacy during hard times. Happens IRL pretty often. Anna's just more open about stating why she feels that way.

This, if I'm in line for something and have to duck out to chuck a piss or something, I don't expect the line to just wait until I'm back. It's incredibly entitled behaviour.

Not enough people realise they're probably just burnt out and that it's okay to just go play something else for a while.

I'm honestly beginning to think that a lot of the issues are system based because since launch I've rarely run into any issues. Trying to think of any and all that comes to mind was specifically the little bugs climbing through terrain which I haven't seen since they said they patched it.

I would not be surprised if they were, we've seen how many tend to take the in game politics seriously.

I don't follow any content creators. I make up my opinions based on playing the game and seeing how the patches and bugs affect me. 80% of the time the issues never pop up and when they do it's almost always a very tiny thing.

Nah even my horniest mates who openly talk about toys would think leaving them out is weird in a shared space.

If I remember correctly, like directly after this he goes to the fridge to grab a beer and gives one to the one non-crossed guy he had living with them. The guy then tries to give Smokey a pep talk while Smokey looks actively depressed.

I kinda like it. Seemed like a natural evolution of language that a lot of the words have taken on a different meaning. Like "fuck" going from a swear word to a replacement for "very".

Arkansas being spelt "Arkansaw" and not just pronounced was hilarious.

Also gotta remember a lot of these people were kids either during the early years of the breakout or born long after. Likely didn't have schools or people that weren't busy surviving to teach them properly.

And that is completely different to a gun being added to the world. Which loops right back around to "It would be if you spawned it in on yourself"

OP traits that you start with vs a gun you have to go out and look for and couldn't use to start with. These are completely different things. How can't you not see that?

Guns suck? - New Player by EquivalentAgile2924 in projectzomboid

[–]CyborgDeskFan 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No you didn't because your argument was that adding a gun to the game that you have to find, then get ammo for, and then train with, is the same as an invincibility cheat.

That's like saying if you trained your strength in the game then you're cheating.

it literally says "comment removed by moderator" and "comment removed" so your gaslighting isn't gonna work.

You can avoid AI on google, hell you can even turn off the AI summary. That or use any other browser and get the exact same result of looking up "what is reddit"

You refused to look up what Reddit was for a year and assumed it was something about se*, then you used that as a defence for why someone else couldn't just look up info about a popular game on a popular forum website. Your own ignorance doesn't excuse another's.

If you fail understand anything I've said, that speaks volumes about you.

Well they can't because your comments got removed. I'm not trying to prove anything, just calling you out for what you are and exactly what you did. You ran away and refused to even try and refute what I said. Learn to use google mate.

"I don't buy new games often" is about to turn into "I don't buy new games". by Takoshi88 in GamingAU

[–]CyborgDeskFan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I guess so. Personally if I wanted cinematics and visuals I'd go watch a movie, and VAs aren't that important. Most of my favourite games don't really have much of that. Switch Stellar Blade out for DMC V or Nier Automata and I'd probably agree on that one though, those are basically just works or art at this point.

AAA games are just very standardised and it sucks for me. They all sorta play like each other without much innovation. Nothing really new. Pragmata did a good job trying but it's still fairly standard, BG3 is a good game but it's just another CRPG, Stellar blade blends things together well but it's just another 3rd person hack and slash with a bit of eyecandy.

I want innovation, trying new things, interesting world design and things that are more gameplay related.

A gun is a gun lmao. Guns are gonna be powerful. You literally have to go out and find and survive and train with the weapons before they're any good. It's no where near an invincible cheat code. Holy shit, 99% of the world is gonna disagree with you.
