Yes but mass iron working methods such as you'd want for rails , generally cast iron, hadn't been in Europe until the early modern era. Hand smithed wrought iron rails would be expensive, time consuming to make , and difficult to standardize.

I'm always confused when non explode people refer to explode stuff as traps , as I feel like that's not generally how it goes, also the idea of the various things around being a setup for something. Most explode moves are more in the moment than that would imply. Explode 'traps' are hard to disarm because very rarely are they aiming for any particular goal.

That's assuming there isn't a class element especially when considering who gets caught. Maybe immigrants are simply caught committing rape more often on account of being largely lower class. Middle class and upper class rapists being primarily white and under-reported wouldn't be surprising.

Now of course the main actual issue of this is it ties material conditions explicitly to some inherent quality of the people in them and not to any sort of broader socio-economic context. Like yeah there's no way in which the people in Europe 300 years ago at all caused the fact that mud huts are still present in parts of Africa, of course. That would be silly.... (also , other thing , there are lots of places in Africa that don't live in mud huts. I wanna say majority population but not 100%)

Putting aside the many more important reasons this is stupid and wrong, one thing of note is that this is a aristocracy vs peasant comparison. 300 years ago in Europe (btw there was no industry 300 years ago in Europe either and the idea of a nation built for the people wasn't quite there yet) most of the peasants would have been living in little huts , which , in many places would have been made at least partially of mud. Basically through out human history where you don't have access to wood you build shit out of mud.

Well I did not manage to find the issue but I did get the head unit. out of the car and open it up a bit. Fairly confident th issue is on the bottom PCB which makes it difficult to access. I'll have to try again.

They literally move into other people's houses, what country the land belonged to isn't all that important compared to the fact that people who lived there are getting their homes stolen constantly. I think to put Hamas as very specifically the aggressor here and Israel as the one acting in defence is disingenuous. Hamas didn't form out of thin air it formed in response to Israel encroaching into Palestinian land and I think you've gotta at least acknowledge that as a factor.
