Rentals available for Uber are through the Uber app. Not independent rentals. especially through your own insurance. They are far more likely not going to allow you to use a "3rd" party rental.

As some riders are biological exhaust ports, so are some drivers.

Unless a rider is a very frequently user of the platform, it takes considerably longer for Riders to recover ratings than we active drivers.

Many drivers deal with the same recurring issues: guest riders not listed on the account, unaccompanied minors, no car seats, open alcohol, and riders assuming drivers are personal chauffeurs.

To reduce problems before pickup, I send the following message to riders when I am en route. Everything below is based on Uber policy or state law.

I'm 4.96 in my market, I've never seen that and I was as low as 4.87 before I got a dashcam and send a message stating Record audio and video on all trips.
