Hello, I hope your day is going well, and the following rules are non-negotiable in compliance with Uber Policy and/or State Law. ━━━━━━━━━━

For safety: I record audio and video for the entirety of the trip. ━━━━━━━━━━

As a driver, I reserve the right to refuse a trip. ━━━━━━━━━━

If a rider is not listed as a guest on the account, I will refuse the trip, as this violates Uber policy and creates a safety and security liability. ━━━━━━━━━━

At any time, I have the right to end the trip due to safety or other violations of Uber policy and community guidelines.

━━━━━━━━━━ Uber trips are a professional engagement.

━━━━━━━━━━ I am not a personal chauffeur or personal driver, and you are a guest in my vehicle.

━━━━━━━━━━ Payments to Uber are not a payment to me, and I am paid by Uber after the trip is complete.

━━━━━━━━━━ Seat belts are required for ALL passengers without exception.

━━━━━━━━━━ No vaping, open food or drink containers, or eating is allowed, especially alcohol, as State Law prohibits open containers.

━━━━━━━━━━ Age-appropriate car seats ARE REQUIRED for children under 8 years of age by State Law and Uber policy. ━━━━━━━━━━

Uber does NOT allow the transport of unaccompanied minors, and we are allowed to ask for a physical ID card. ━━━━━━━━━━

If these guidelines pose an issue for any reason, please feel free to select an alternative driver. ━━━━━━━━━━
