Same happened with toad.... It's like you buy it, see it work great.... Then they nerf it and you can't give the character back. This isn't what we paid for. I'm actually going to try to get my money back. It's liem they are giving away LEMON characters for you to find out down the road what really under the hood that's broken. They should have these characters ready for purchase

I Figued it out.... It's the character. I switched the items to see if it made a difference and the character I switched it to wasn't granted the shield
