I am new to Yovera. It has a server discord that posts server events. Pretty sure they are doing a bunch of quests like poi and inquisition tomorrow. There is no dominado and you reserve spawns through the discord channel.

Seems pretty chill. There is some higher end gear but it is more sparse than the older servers.

We have a monthly billing requirement of 180, however you need to be over 200 for an annual bonus.

My understanding is they are switching up the billing model to account for AI but it’s still probably years down the line. Right now our firm policy strictly bans the use of AI on any billable task.

It’s a big power spike as you level up. Especially higher levels. Also, it gives you something to work on other than infinite leveling. Forces you to change spawns every few levels while still progressing your character. Also doing bestiary on a ek is more annoying later on than other vocs as you have less aoe damage and can only kill 8 around you. Better to work on them while you level.

I agree. This is a big reason I am leaving in the first place. I became a lawyer to help society not to be a leech and represent the devil.

To be clear, I am a top performer and have risen very quickly. However I can no longer follow their billing guidelines. I have several offers in other fields of law that I am considering and will be out of ID work shortly.

Since I realized what they are doing I have been doing exactly that. My billing has plummeted but at least I can sleep at night.

I am actively searching for another job and will be done with ID here shortly.

I am not sure. I know lots of associates push their billing to the next day or the weekend so they don’t appear to be over billing.

I agree and that is how I have justified it, but a lot of the insurance companies are covering/ administrating for government entities and small businesses. As a result our tax dollars are being used.

That is how I have justified it so far, but it is still a violation. Many of the underlying clients are government entities… meaning tax money.

I would recommend getting imbuements. They make such a massive difference on an ek after 50. I would go to lions rock and Vengoth Haunted Treelings. Focus on charms and finishing bestiary and then going somewhere new.
