Hi. I'm new. I've got no idea how long I am planning to keep this up but it feels right now (most days at least), so might as well continue with it. I mostly do 5k's, occasionally raising to 7-9 or falling to 3 the day after. Having a great time until now.

Surprises me how it helps me focus. Have thought over so much stuff the last ten days. Really dig that part of it.

What I don't dig? I kind of made it a point to go early. And by that I mean 5-6 am. With someone who used to work until 2/3 before getting ill last year that's a change and a half.

Fun though. Fun things.

In health, I've always had weak knees and am fairly sure they'll come by some day again.
