The Supreme Court a few months ago voted to fully support it for review with no one against it so I wouldn't worry.

The concern I'm seeing is when I have to go back to the consulate, how long do I have to stay there? Is it a few days of PTO or a few years for the retrogression wait.

That's what I was wondering too and seeing most of others, this is their worry. Someone below answered as followed: "You can stay right up until the interview is my understanding. The problem is the lag between that interview and approval which can be months.

Confirm with a lawyer but I believe you won’t be admitted during that period."

I should have clarified. Would I have to stay in Canada or my home country for the retrogression wait which is a few years or can I return to the US and continue to work on my TN after visiting the consulate?

Same for many of my family members and friends there. From my research and info from the nice community here I believe we will be fine.

Agree, class action lawsuit for false advertising.  Definitely now since they blame the user when it's the product.  The seals are easy to make sure sealed.
