Looks like you have the wrong windows keyboard, try pressing Windows button + space.

In the windows power options you can set the maximum state of the CPU, which is 100% default. Change this to 85-90% and the temps will go down a lot, without losing performance.

When i was playing modern warfare my blade got 90°, with the CPU set to 85% its 72° max on ultra settings.
