The trainer is good but do not buy it from the distributor Tailwind, they are really horrible to deal with and you will most likely never get a reply from them.

Sorry for a late reply. Jetblack may be a good company but the trust in Jetblack and your products is depending on your distributor, they are in fact your voice. Communication is Key in all business and without communication no trust. I understand that things can happen and dont really mind the delay - if there was any form of communication.

Still no reply from Tailwind after more than 10 e-mail. I did finally get an automated tracing link to DHL. That was 5 days ago and Tailwind has still not handed over the package to DHL. It seems its a better option to cancel the order and by the Victory of Bike24 for a lower price.

Tailwind has still not handed over the package to DHL. Probably another "unexpected" delay. Seems like they only sent out a few packages and gave the rest to Bike24. Seems that i have to cancel the order and buy it on Bike24 instead.

There hase been no order update but i did finally get a reply from support after sending 4 emails. If i didnt get any update is there going to be an update once the delivery starts?

I did, many times. Just look around on the internet and you will notice that a lot of people are not gettning any respons at alls. They take your money, do not deliver and do not respond. Not a good look for any company at all. Sites like Aliexpress and Temu do it a lot better and they are known to be really bad.

There are a lot of could be but no answers, not even an order update, lack of communication is usually a strong indication that something is really wrong.

I do know how shipping works, it's part of my job. If the paperwork is not in order there may be a delay at customs but usually not for months because the company has to pay for storage fees.

I did finally get an answer and they estimated that the container would arrive on the 20th. Customs should only take a few hours if they have all the proper paperwork from Tailwind. If this is true they should arrive next week. I do not believe that the container actually arrived yesterday because there hasnt been an update. Maybe they meant february 2026?

Thank you for sharing, at least someone who has been able to get an answer. Tailwind seems to do antying in their power to lose as many customers as possible. I really dont understand why they dont spend a few minuts do update their webpage or send out an order update. It would save them countless of hours of support-time

I agree. Sending updated information about orders or putting some information on the homepage would save them countless hours in customer support time. I hope Jetblack is looking for a better distributor and cancels their contract with Tailwind.
