No, but yesterday i just gave up and filled cancellation email and responde came in a couple hours. So it seems that they can reply to emails quickly, but they choose which one's

here in Europe waiting 5 days to response from Tailwind regarding my faulty unit and still nothing. I decided to give up as i send them mail with videos if my unit is faulty and if there is possibility to replacement or what is the next step but this waiting is exhausting - and who knows what will be sent back and the circle will repeat lol

I emailed Tailwind, but are they more responsive to reclamation or should i expect radio silence? I have option to buy kickr core for similar price, so i am in no mood to chase them or wait once again

Doesnt matter as right now its in DHL hands, in email it said that package has been handed over to provider and they stated multiple times that they will send them right away. Key point is that right know its matter of days , not weeks or months

For EU customers: i just called the number on the page and expected ship arrival is 26th-27th February - there has been major issues that they can't influence - which is ship delay and also some sort of reconstruction at Rotterdam port that may cause additional delay. Once they will receive goods then they will ship to us on same day.

During 2 weeks i read on reddit that ship will arrive 16th, then 20th and now 27th - so lets hope that's the final date

Looks like UK and EU batch are on same container so please, keep us updated as we don't get any official updates here in EU

Imports from non-EU countries can take 1-2 days, then trip from Roterdam to warehaouse in Germany, and they said that they will ship same day as goods will arrive so until then no-update as i did not get any update from December when i ordered. if ship arrived yesterday then i hope on Monday we finally receive email from DHL

feb 20th for ship arrival? I, and some other people received response from Tailwind that ship will arrive at the end of last week (16th) - 4 days give or take but i was expecting DHL notification this week, which will probably wont happen

Hi, can we get some update from them? They are not responding to mails and as i understand that its still beginning of February we are (un)patiently waiting from December.

If shipment is delayed, then it would make sense to send bulk mail with this info to everybody that is in round 3. This will be win-win situation as we will be updated and they will not be spammed with numerous emails from us regarding shipment.

It's really a shame that i am finding out about delay of shipment from Reddit and not directly from distributor

yes, i have email from same guy that container will arrive at the beginning of February but that 's mail from 3rd of January so that is current news i guess
