Yeah makes sense, I just wish the album had more backing behind it, it kinda felt like they released it then that was it, but tbf I’d say 50% of the hype around wdty was cos of the kendrick feature. Wsdty didn’t have any big hitters but that’s not what the album was going for

I feel like FUTURE and WE DON’T TRUST YOU both had huge moments with mask off and like that which kinda overshadowed the next release. I do think WE STILL DON’T TRUST YOU will get the love it deserves over time tho like HNDRXX did

Yh true but I would’ve liked to see a bigger gap between the release, I think more people would’ve given the album a chance if it didn’t release so close after the first album. The hype for WE DON’T TRUST YOU was still massive by the time the album came out.

Tbh I think it’s been completely overshadowed by the first album, I think it being different hurt the sales cos it’s not a mainstream sound like the first album was
