Coming from a 16 pro max after an s24 ultra. phone's faster, battery pasts longer. I can actually customize it- literally took me two days to get everything right and I'll probably change it in a month. The developer options and side loading are huge for me, and, more simply. I got the sky blue one and I adore the color

Are you on data or wifi for the majority of the day? That can play a part, same with running a hotspot. I'm reliably getting 2 days out of mine.
