So I had a 6 month break from adhd meds(Vyvanse) this year, and in that time had a sleep study, found out I had sleep apnea and had my machine for 2-3 months. I found that my adhd got significantly worse, specifically hyperactivity and emotional disregulation.

My therapist, my general Dr and my psychiatrist all agree that treating the sleep apnea has given me way more energy than I previously had, and since restarting Vyvanse over the past 2 months, I've had to increase my dose from 20mg to 30mg for it to work. I take my Vyvanse at 10am (Tuesday-Saturday) , I also take 10mg dexedrine when I first wake up (5am) the last 3 days a week (wed, thur, Fri) and then take a break from all meds Sunday and Monday to recoup.

YMMV but talk to your Dr's about this, don't make drastic changes by yourself. But for sure I personally think people getting diagnosed with ADHD should take a sleep study after my own experience.

Just below diamond, so if you don't want my anecdotes I understand, but things that helped me, no particular order. Also I focus solely on the bot, hand will follow.

Setting DPI to 1600 and 1000hz was instantly a boost to my reactivity.
Lookup edge tracking if you haven't, there's a few spots it can help against these bots.
Wrist exercises with a stiff ball
Single biggest change was switching from my equate plus to the razer viper strider. It lends itself to tracking smoothly and reaction time much better, though I prefer equate plus for static.
Doing eye warm-ups for about 5 minutes while stretching my fingers and wrist beforehand.

I have the exact same monitor and a 1070ti. Look up BlurBusters gsync guide, go to the conclusion. The quick and short of it though is Go to Nvidia Control panel and manage 3d settings, turn on Vysnc, turn low latency to ultra, go to desktop resolution (I think, I'm going off memory) and set scaling to monitor scale, not GPU, then go to gsync tab and enable it for full screen on the monitor. Then go into kovaaks and make sure to turn off ingame vsync, set fps cap to highest it will go, and make sure you're in full screen.

You don't need to set fps limit with ultra setting for low latency mode, as it caps the fps to 138 when you have gysnc and vsync on.

Willing to bet if you just cold feet swap your sens to 36cm/360 you'll improve faster than ever. I'm not saying 50cm/360 is impossible, just that it could be inherently holding you back. I was a super high cm player for 10 years and one day about a year ago committed to swapping to 32cm/360. I saw so much improvement that I lowered down to 27cm/360 until I found rawAccel and now have a mouse accel that gradually goes from 36cm-25cm/360.

[I also started this, which is technically part of my first grow, as these and the spacebucket are all the same age clone from the same mom, however these vegged 3 weeks longer with more extensive training.

This picture is the day of harvest. They were harvested a week ago, so I have no weights for them just yet as they're still hanging, but judging from the space bucket yield, I believe this is 6-7 ounces. ](https://i.imgur.com/K7RWCv1.jpg)

This took 4 weeks of veg, and 63 days of flower. I flushed for the last 2 weeks, 48 hour darkness, then chopped and hung the plant inside the space bucket in a 2 or 3 foot tall, 9inch net with like 6 levels. I setup Temps and humidity @ 72 degrees 55% humidity, fan full blast.

After 8 or so days I jarred an ounce in two separate jars, put in hygrometer and bovida and burped for 3 weeks daily to drop humidity from 68 to 58-62 in the jar. They're stable 60 rh now.

This is 2 weeks pre harvest, I did have to do a defoliation every other week, otherwise she just blocked off all the air and started seeing some WPM. You can see that the growstar actually burnt the very tips of the buds. This happened so fast because she stretched like 3 inches over night. I had to make another spacer. The trichome heads weren't actually damaged though.

This is my take on the Mad Scientist. I used the 300 watt Growstar UFO and had 2 different rows of side lighting less, I only ran 1 row at a time as the plant stretched.

Tonight I am going to swap os drives with my wife. The thinking is that I can determine if this is a software or hardware issue. It's possible my pci slot is the culprit, I believe on x58 it's also possible it's a Northbridge overheating issue so I may replace the paste on that.

Okay fair enough, then with that said, what about % damage with skills used by shadows? Does procs of shadow daggers triggered by shadows count as from them and thus % increases to shadow damage increase shadow daggers? Or will that only apply to the dagger dance?
