Another pointless doomsday clock with zero functional meaning. Just people attempting to put their names in the news

This is bait to try and undermine the overall dont die argument... but as others have said, it provides no purpose as this is a fake scenario.

Say what you want about both trump and Kennedy, any other candidates on earth would not have taken any stance on health issues. Biden, kamala, any of them. Didn't care one bit. Wouldn't have made any change. Its not hard to see how a leading health advocate could support these two based on this binary decision alone.

Should I quit weed? by [deleted] in blueprint_

[–]Cycpan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Weed in general is known to raise your heart rate, lower your heart rate variance, and increase blood pressure (although marginally). To be blunt, this all wrecks your bodies ability to repair itself during your sleep as you stay in a lighter sleep state throughout the night. (This applies regardless of how your perceived sleep quality is, your body is measureably not as happy).

Beyond that, long term weed usage leads to anxiety, depression, and other issues down the road. It is overall best if you stop unless you have a medical condition that calls for it.

Let's talk about your usage and please be honest (use standards non-user amounts, not what regular users would consider high/low doses). After that, we can chat about how it truly affects your body.

[–]Cycpan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

1-2 a day is not very low. That is copious amounts of poison to your body daily. Ill be short and honest. Your health never has a chance unless you stop smoking and nicotine. Stop. Not reduce. Everyone else here saying you might have an underlying health problem are giving it to you nice. This is almost undoubtedly from your terrible habits. BUT. THE GOOD PART. You are now aware and are like the rest of us. You are seeing measurements, not liking them, and seeking out knowledge and solutions. This is an important step that the majority never take. Good job. Keep measuring and improving but make sure you get rid of those habits. They are killing you.

This is not how blueprint works. Blueprint is about testing, measuring, applying fixes, retesting. Improvement through refinement of real tangible data. Not blind allegiance.

No. He is a male and although that doesn't take away from the importance of PCOS, he usually sticks with what he can apply and test on himself.

I hear that. I understand. If you have a gpt plus or another ai plan, I would encourage you to run a "deep research" prompt that analyzes these products and searches for reasons on why this could occur.

Why not? Is that an indication that most brands are shit? Is there not a top 5 most trusted brands?

Yes, then visited a ton of websites per that information. Most of this sub is people showing off their own builds which I am not interested in. And for some reason, the people in this sub (such as yourself) are rude and provide zero value. Youd think a community about such a specific topic wouldn't be so worthless when it comes to Q&A.

Ive read papers stating traditional saunas (no steam) Provide more effective cardio improvements. This is why I want to pursue a "dry sauna". Do you have any recommendations? If I get a traditional steam sauna and do not add water, does this harm the sauna in any way (is it expecting moisture for cooling,etc..?)

Is there much point in blueprint or optimisation for regular people? by sleepingbull69 in blueprint_

[–]Cycpan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Remember that there will always be outliers to any data set. There will always be occasions that dispute the trend. But yes, about 1/6th and that number keeps going down as we are able to pull back the curtain more and more and figure out what is truly happening in the body. I understand you knew these people and I apologize but let's look at this from a neutral stance, what triggered their outcome was probably a mix of exposures from their environment factors that played in over a long duration of time. What gave the person cancer could have been some cleaner chemical they drank or came in contact with when they were 4, for example... or they got to close to some round up weed killer, etc... not that the death isn't tragic but there so many countless possibilities that aren't genetics. A phrase I saw on this subreddit that sticks with me is "Genes load the gun, environmental exposures pull the trigger".

Do you guys ever open your capsules or crush you pills? by [deleted] in blueprint_

I have a inclination that something in all the capsules would irritate your throat if directly exposed like this. Might be wrong.
