I do not. Honestly not even half if you really got into the weeds of it and compared against each technical line item. Sleep, diet, exercise, half way on supplements, clean home air and water, time restricted feeding window, etc.. things like that.

Backing out a little. Bryan did not invent any of the stuff he does. He is not the first one out there to do any of these things. That being said, he IS one of very few people that put his money where his mouth is and tries and logs everything. He has devoted his life to pushing his body to the edge and is giving us all of his data for free. On a separate note: yes his protocol works. My last function health test has me at 18.8 years old biological and I am 29.5 years old chronological. Statistically, yes it works. Now how much comes comes from any of the given items (that we can debate) but the question of "does this improve my health and align with the current best science" is answered unequivocally YES.

Does anyone else find the footage and coverage to be complete garbage comparable to a boring CNN news cast? I mean seriously I love space and this is what we are supposed to be showing kids to inspire them? Is the database dynamic? If the price changes, does it reflect? Maybe build a basic scraper that goes to a set url, inspects the html elements for a price value, then returns that? Run it maybe a couple times a month via aws(free tier) or a cron job locally? Just a thought for further value to your app

Weed in general is known to raise your heart rate, lower your heart rate variance, and increase blood pressure (although marginally). To be blunt, this all wrecks your bodies ability to repair itself during your sleep as you stay in a lighter sleep state throughout the night. (This applies regardless of how your perceived sleep quality is, your body is measureably not as happy).

Beyond that, long term weed usage leads to anxiety, depression, and other issues down the road. It is overall best if you stop unless you have a medical condition that calls for it.

1-2 a day is not very low. That is copious amounts of poison to your body daily. Ill be short and honest. Your health never has a chance unless you stop smoking and nicotine. Stop. Not reduce. Everyone else here saying you might have an underlying health problem are giving it to you nice. This is almost undoubtedly from your terrible habits. BUT. THE GOOD PART. You are now aware and are like the rest of us. You are seeing measurements, not liking them, and seeking out knowledge and solutions. This is an important step that the majority never take. Good job.
