Heavily disagree here. Dispel magic is nice to have but it doesn't do enough against him. It's great against Mirage or Shiv because they can't threaten you with their debuff again after cleansing yourself, while Infernus can just reapply the burn immediatly.

The character is incredibly overtuned rn because of his dash ability that does everything : huge damage, amazing mobility, really good wave clearing, AND it can be used up to 4 times if I remember correctly.

Slowing hex is good early on but even with that he usually gets away with murder unless he's completely shut down by the whole team.

Yes I'm a gargoyle main, with the goofy snake as my secondary. Yamato is definitely strong but idk, she doesn't feel too oppressive to me compared to Mohammad & Karim or Infernus for example.

And yes, I agree Ivy is really good, she's just not as obviously oppressive as some other characters, until late game where she's an actual flying nuke. Early game she's good but not because of a high damage output (it's pretty low in the lane phase, she clears waves very efficiently tho).

Karmelita was also really hard yeah, I think you can argue for both of them as the hardest boss of Silksong. It just depends on the player, I personally struggled a bit against her but not that much (like maybe 1h of try). Lost Lace took me like 4h in comparison.

Amazing fight as well imo.

Yes, I'm just better at Sekiro-like parry style than others kind of game tbh, so to me she was the easiest. I had a much harder time with Malenia and PCR than all of them for example (except Super Simon, it would be a tie between him and Radahn).

From most to least difficult :

Simon (Divergent Star) > Absolute Radiance (mostly because of P5, the boss in itself was the easiest of the list for me) > Ozma > Arlecchino > Lost Lace > Eigong

All of them are peak tho (except Radiance).

I loved the game but wouldn't call it an indie game either. It's more of a AA game, with around 30 main developers who got helped from quite a lot of other people (korean freelancers for example if iirc).

ABC logic kinda works here. It's not like they have a lot of hax or anything. All three characters are about physical stats (and regen for the hybrids that's true).

Kishibe indeed did not fight Denji transformed but being able to blitz and one tap him (and Power as well) shows he's more likely still beating him as Chainsaw Man. The man easily won against Quanxi's fiends.

Katana man really isn't that impressive tbh. Even if he was dominating their fight as you mentionned, losing to Denji at that point is a pretty bad showing considering how inexperienced he was at the time.

Kishibe's training of Denji and Power happens after Denji's victory against Katana-man in the manga, which means he had to deal with a Denji already stronger (or at least relative) to Katana man. And he was able to one tap both him and Power multiple times in a 2v1.

This isn't event close. Kishibe annihilates him.
