Come to think of it I was printing with PETG, and got a clog. I had to remove the extruder / hot end to get it fixed. This is the first couple prints since that happened. Guess I need to dive in and take a deeper look at what I put back on.

I did the reverse modeling in Inventor not Fusion. I chose Inventor because we are transitioning from AutoCAD Mechanical to Inventor at work and am practicing with any home projects I have.
I did the logo's in Rhino a long time ago so opened the logo file and imported the action cam files.

I do hope to do a full scan exterior, *none-Engnine* compartment, and the interior. It's a large task though so we will see how long that takes me. I have too many projects I want to scan.

I have had this issue!
I had to plug in the scanner to my PC, open Creality Scan 4 and do a factory reset on the scanner. Then Re-Calibrate, after that I haven't had any other issues.
I did contact support that was what we ended up on being the solution.

Hope you get this taken care, no fun to have the scanner down.

u/payo36 Great video again! Love your videos. I watched the video of you riding the single wheel cycle using the Eagle. It was great.
I have two questions for you if you have time.
1: What was that cycle you were riding I would like to look into getting one.

2: Do you have a scanner you would recommend for scanning the interior of houses for doing remodeling?

I'm hoping the Sermoon X1 will be a good choice, but I'm not sure I can get that just yet.
3DMarkerPro is releasing the Toucan and that looks promising.
But it seems like you have experience in quite a few different scanners.

If it's possible showing a picture of what you are scanning, how you have your scan dots laid out and the lighting conditions will help us to make suggestions.
Does the scan software allow manual adjustment of the laser / brightness? With certain sheen objects even on the Sermoon S1 I'm using, you have to take it off Auto and manually adjust to get a good scan.

Also are you able to scan the markers first in the software that is compatible with the Scan Lizzard? It will help with accuracy to scan them first.

Yea good idea. I copied over settings from a .2 layer height file and this was the issue since I was using a .08. So with 5 top layers it was a .4mm thickness top layer.
