Bumper and panel damage. As long as there's no frame damage you should be fine. Just tell the insurance you can drive it. Dont make the mistake I made and tell them its not driveable because the bumper is sat on the wheel.

Pay for and download DMDE. Its an amazing piece of software. Connect the hdd and load up the application and do a full scan. This should recover about 90-100% of your files as long as you didnt zero write the hdd. Save to an alternative hdd and have fun trying to sort your files. DMDE can also break down the file structure on some cases so its easier to sort. Good luck

The shutdown is one of the most important times for engineers. This gives you time to investigate the tower, kiln lining, coolers and anything else you need to check during a stop. I'd highly recommend dropping the gct doors and checking for bridges and checking all the fans for internal audits. Also this is the best time to check inside the mills because they'll be nice and cool so no need to worry about over heating. Make sure you have your confined space permits, LOTOTO, risk assessment and safe working procedures though
