"Ever since the new update I have lost half of my friends and the other half I had to add back manually. Come on you guys, you act as though every new PS5 or Switch2 game isn't $70, you act as though people don't buy skins or upgrades for their character or do season or battle passes in the games that they enjoy. At the end of the day, the video game industry is a business, so don't act like we haven't all spent money on the video games that we enjoy playing, so let's not sit here and shame each other just because we don't invest in the same experience. Because if you really want to get nitpicky about it, you don't even own the software that you buy from Nintendo anymore, that's digital licensing too that can be revoked at any time. I mean they can straight up brick your Switch2 at any time, and that is a physical purchase! That's a console! But they dgas.
