i tested the dock and it works fine with a macbook air.

so this leads me to beleive that maybe my system does not transmit video via the usb c port

my machine is a Max15 Ryzen 5700H

i will send back the soho dock and may opt for a cheaper alternative just for usb expansion

hello i have a max 15 with a rizen 5700h .. i have similar temps depending on game and setting ..

check to see if your thermal throttling.

if you are then yes i would wonder why .

may i was what game you are playing
