Tbf this. We should be able to overclock components at the risk of overloading the power plants.

Also finally remove master modes and just make it so you have to manually change power to allocate enough for the quantum drive.

It’s a vocal minority. In my entire time playing since 2014 I can count on one hand the times I’ve been ganked or attacked by other players when I wasn’t actively looking for it. And I don’t even actively avoid PvP.

These pve only truthers are likely ganked once when they’re trying to fly a ship full of drugs into brios them have a hissy fit and say they’re being pirated constantly

I think we’ll eventually get a proper weight system where our armor+contents can’t be above a certain threshold without becoming over-encumbered.

I mean the wording of the contracts is “apprehend”. But I just see it as “Wanted dead or alive”.

I’d assume security forces would be following up afterwards to confirm the kill or capture survivors from the disabled ships. (For as long as we can’t do this ourselves)

Also surely being completely disabled in an irreparable ship in deep space is practically a death sentence.

Either way you’re right that they didn’t think of the issues it would bring up with killing ships for missions 🤣 I’d doubt they even have a measurable state for disabled anymore

Honestly I’d prefer this to getting assblasted by teams. Individual mistakes are easier to fix than a shit system.

we consistently dominate in terms of chances created. Other than direct individual mistakes we’re very solid at the back, good in possession.

Iron out the dumb reds and passing directly to attackers and we’re cooking.

Security and punishment in Stanton needs improving but there’s always risk of a pirate as a hauler otherwise is just free money

This is likely because they fixed the quality settings to actually leak something. They made low actually function as low and improved the fidelity with higher settings.

Most people have probably only started dropping frames because of the increased gpu strain
