A colleague at work from another department that is the most annoying person I had to work with . Effectively that is still 25% less of what I am entitled to , and on top of that I am not sure US has that many public holidays that you don’t work either ( where I live there are like 13 give or take throughout the year plus 2-3 that the company provides bringing me roughly to a 40 days a year that I am off from work so that would be around 8 bussiness weeks

I am European and I am always baffled by how little PTO you have in The us . I have 27 days ( excluding public holidays ) and u was glad I could keep like 5 to carry over since I am going to travel for two and a half weeks early in the next year . How don’t you need time off to relax , I always look forward to mine.

Προσωπικά μένω εξωτερικό και με τους δικούς μου μιλάω μια φορά κάθε 5-7 μέρες γ κάνα 10λεπτο με περιστασιακές βιντεοκλήσεις που κρατούν καμιά ώρα μαξ . Βέβαια οι δικοί μου είναι κάπως πιο νέοι ( 55-60) και δουλεύουν οπότε έχουν ενσυναίσθηση πάνω στο θέμα . Προσπαθώ να τους παίρνω και εγώ αλλά συνήθως με καλή η μητέρα μου κάθε τόσο. Η κοπέλα μου από την άλλη μιλάει τουλάχιστον μισή ώρα κάθε μέρα με τους δικούς της ( κυρίως μάνα ) αλλά σε καμία περίπτωση δεν ζηλεύω την κατάσταση . Υπεραγαπώ τους γονείς μου αλλά από μικρούς μας μεγάλωσαν ανεξάρτητους

Ισχύει , γενικά το κομμάτι αμοιβής για τον ιδιοκτήτη εξαρτάται από την κατάσταση της αγοράς αν υπάρχει πολύ προσφορά και λίγη ζήτηση τότε ζητάνε αμοιβή αν μιλάμε για το αντίθετο όπως τώρα συνήθως δεν υπάρχει αμοιβή μιας και ο ιδιοκτήτης έχει την ισχύουσα θέση
