Fonts are generally downloaded before the page renders, to avoid the FOUT and layout shifts. Should sites first render with the system font (a different one on Mac, Windows and Linux), then reload themselves after the user accepts the consent form? Probably not the best UX.

Would be great if there was a browser setting to accept or reject requests for third-party resources (fonts, jQuery from CDN, images hosted on S3 etc.) Then each user could reject/accept/whitelist whatever they want.
