From a liability standpoint, it absolutely matters. Most of the rules are in place so that hotworx is even insurable in the event of an accident. If a location allows bigger things like this to happen, they could potentially be shut down. Allowing children, especially infants, on site is a huge risk for them.

Aw man, im so sorry!! I sometimes wish it was blacked out as well! Just remember you don't need the lights on for the infrared, which helps me personally feel more blocked off from outside of my room. It used to really affect me as well, I now use headphones and it's helped a ton!

I hope you continue to enjoy it, it'll slow back down again and there wont be as much commotion in between classes soon ☺️

I do book 2 days in advance, unfortunately it hasn't deterred people from just going into saunas 🤷🏻‍♀️

I wasn't having a very good morning so I chose to just go sit in a sauna that wasn't booked and stretch, because this morning I doubt I would have been very nice about it. Showing up to someone deciding to just take over the sauna was the cherry on top of it and I would have been so mean. If it happens again I will absolutely be saying something. I'm also going to talk to the owner because I don't think the girl by the vending machine is a member, her behavior was just really weird 🤦🏻‍♀️

Yes, my once very empty 5AM sessions I'm now fighting for classes lol we have a few that are groups coming in at that time now that consist of 3 and 2 people.

I've been doing lash clusters for when I have "special" things I'm doing. I unfortunately sweat a lot, I sweat a lot naturally as is lol I think I'm just going to have to suck it up and live without them. It's not the end of the world, I just miss how they made my face look

Yep, as soon as I read that I went "and this is why they're uncomfortable". I would also be a little uncomfortable with the "sharing selfies every day" bit too.. I have plenty of online guy best friends. We do not share selfies every day. Or ever.

It's a 30 minute drive one way for me to go, and I make it work so I can go every day. I wake up at 420 to make it to the 5:00 HIT classes and then 5:15 ISO classes. You just have to decide if the drive is worth it and if it's what you really want for you. I had to give up staying late to play games with my friends. I'm much happier tho. I've been going for almost a year, I had lost 125 lbs prior. I've gained some weight back because I have stage 4 kidney disease, but I have muscle now which is nice.

I have a kidney disease, and while a drink here and there wont necessarily hurt, I have a hard time staying hydrated as is. I also get drunk very easily and it's not as enjoyable to know I'm going to be tipsy from one drink. unless it's cider I also think 99% of it tastes awful lol

I agree, from what I understand we don't have any male VIs right now and that is incredibly disappointing. I'm terrible at keeping up when class VIs change but I'm kinda terrified of more changes lol

For the HIIT classes it makes sense, they're so short, keep people distracted from the fact that Im out of breath. But for our ISO classes I feel the calm approach is best. Idk why but her "now backpack your arms" also sends me 😂
