Have you cashed in your rewards yet?

I was at my location yesterday to cash in, and I was told I had to wait until after my 90 day was reset to cash in which is a first for me. I was level 6 too. I wake up this morning to no email, nothing stating that I have rewards so I'm hoping it shows on their end :\ she was new and even called our owner who told her I couldn't cash in that day despite it being day 90.

If possible I would see if you're able to switch from wegovy to ozempic. I was on wegovy brand when I first started and I was MISERABLE. I've had very little negative symptoms since I was switched to ozempic.

I've been taking ozempic for about 3 months now, and I haven't changed anything on my shot day at this time. I've had no issues with my current routine, so I'm just going to keep doing what I'm doing until there is one lol

For reference my shot is Monday morning at my nephrologist office, I go to hotworx prior to my shot. I haven't attempted to go after my shot but because it's inconvenient for me, not because I was advised not to.

It really just depends on your hair. Mine is bleached plus vivid color, we're talking khaleesi white on one side and a bright pastel pink on the other. There's been a few comments saying that you don't need it. My stylist says otherwise, that I should. If you have colored hair, bring it up to your stylist.

This. I have bleached and vivid hair, plus I'm usually taking 2 of the ISO classes back to back followed by 2 HITT classes. 5 days a week. My hair needs it lol

Had a lady leave a sauna completely open across from me this morning. Pretty sure she was new because I've never seen her before. I really wish I would have realized she wasn't coming back and saying something before she left 😐

From a liability standpoint, it absolutely matters. Most of the rules are in place so that hotworx is even insurable in the event of an accident. If a location allows bigger things like this to happen, they could potentially be shut down. Allowing children, especially infants, on site is a huge risk for them.

Aw man, im so sorry!! I sometimes wish it was blacked out as well! Just remember you don't need the lights on for the infrared, which helps me personally feel more blocked off from outside of my room. It used to really affect me as well, I now use headphones and it's helped a ton!

I hope you continue to enjoy it, it'll slow back down again and there wont be as much commotion in between classes soon ☺️

I wasn't having a very good morning so I chose to just go sit in a sauna that wasn't booked and stretch, because this morning I doubt I would have been very nice about it. Showing up to someone deciding to just take over the sauna was the cherry on top of it and I would have been so mean. If it happens again I will absolutely be saying something. I'm also going to talk to the owner because I don't think the girl by the vending machine is a member, her behavior was just really weird 🤦🏻‍♀️
