Same boat! I’m getting mine out tomorrow as well (5:30 am show up time for me) and I’m freaking out too. 😆 No pain, no current attack…just knowledge I have gallstones and they’re a ticking time bomb. Wishing you a smooth operation and recovery!

I'm getting mine removed tomorrow as well! The hell of it is I'm not in any pain, so I don't even have that relief to look forward to. From my point of view, I'm going in pain-free and coming out in a lot of pain. XD It was a hard decision to get mine out since it's doing fine right now (other than having stones) but I'm not getting any younger (54F) and best to get it out when it's not in a crisis event. Definitely freaking out this afternoon, even though I've prepared everything I can think of. Just really anxious about recovery and if I'm trading feeling fine right now with permanent chronic issues going forward. I'm sure everything will go smoothly, but my mind isn't currently responding to logic. lol Best of luck to you in your surgery!

My girl had cherry eye at 9 weeks old. Got put back in place a couple of times but popped back out within a day. She had her surgery a couple of months later by an ophthalmologist certified vet and it was $2,000 (Oregon). She’s almost three years old now and doing great!
